Current service
Luckbox is available at luckbox.in. Customers can sign in with an Indian mobile number and OTP, add INR to their wallet, enter product draws, check results and contact support.
How the service works
Customers add INR to their wallet and use it to buy numbered entries in a product draw. Wallet money is not an investment and cannot be transferred to another customer. Approved payment corrections and bank refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Before each draw opens, Luckbox shows the product, price per entry, total entries, closing time, draw time and calculation method.
Checking a result
Luckbox uses five public BTC/USDT prices from Binance Spot immediately before the planned draw time. The result page shows the order numbers, BTC number and calculation used to select the winning entry. See the Product Draw Rules and draw check page.
Customer protections
Money is added to a wallet only after payment is confirmed. Confirmed entry numbers and published draw details cannot be changed. A draw cannot run until all entries are sold. If Luckbox cancels a draw, every entry payment is returned to the customer's Deposit Balance.
Applicable public frameworks
Applicable Indian requirements include the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, the official MeitY Act and Rules page, the Digital Personal Data Protection framework and the Consumer Protection framework.
