At a glance

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Use your own Google account or mobile number and keep your sign-in secure.
• Money added to your wallet is used to enter draws and cannot normally be withdrawn.
• If you win, choose product delivery or the cash option shown for that draw.
• Contact Luckbox support if a payment, draw entry, prize or withdrawal needs help.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply from 8 September 2026. By creating an account or using a paid feature, you agree to these terms and the Product Draw Rules. If you do not agree, do not add money or enter a draw.

2. Who can use Luckbox

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legal contract.
• You must be legally allowed to use Luckbox where you live.
• You must use your own Google account or mobile number and provide correct information.
• Luckbox may restrict an account when required by law, a payment provider or evidence of fraud.

3. Account security

Protect your Google account, phone and OTP. Do not sell, transfer or share your Luckbox account. Contact Luckbox support immediately if you think someone else has used it. Luckbox may temporarily restrict the account while checking a security or fraud concern.

4. Your INR wallet

Your wallet has two INR balances:

• Deposit Balance: money you add and money returned after a cancelled draw. Use it to enter Luckbox draws.
• Winnings Balance: prize cash and any approved amount moved by Luckbox. You can send it to your bank.

When Luckbox moves an approved amount, the same amount is removed from your Deposit Balance and added to your Winnings Balance.

Wallet balances are not cryptocurrency or an investment. They cannot be transferred to another customer and do not promise a profit. Money is added only after the payment is confirmed.

5. Product draws

Before a draw opens, Luckbox shows the product, product value, total entries, price per entry, closing time, draw time, public number source and rules. You may buy more than one entry, place more than one order or buy all remaining entries. Confirmed orders and entry numbers cannot be changed.

6. Choosing your prize

If you win, you make one final choice between product delivery and the cash option shown for that draw. Entering a delivery address confirms product delivery. Choosing cash ends the product-delivery claim and adds the cash to your Winnings Balance.

Your prize claim page shows the deadline for making this choice. Luckbox sends account reminders. If that date passes, the prize is not removed automatically; choose promptly or contact support so the claim can be reviewed.

Product images are for reference. The draw page must show the model, important specifications, warranty information and replacement rule. Delivery requires correct contact and address details and may require lawful verification.

7. Bank withdrawals

Money in your Winnings Balance can be sent to your bank account. Your Deposit Balance cannot be withdrawn unless Luckbox first approves and moves it.

Enter your bank name, IFSC code, account number and account holder name. The amount is held while the bank transfer is being checked. It is deducted after a successful payout and returned to your Winnings Balance if the payout fails.

8. Prohibited conduct

Automation, account farming, identity misuse, payment abuse, chargeback fraud, tampering, collusion, exploitation of defects and attempts to influence or obstruct the randomness source are prohibited. Enforcement must be based on recorded evidence and is subject to the complaint process and applicable consumer law.

9. Service availability and changes

Luckbox may stop an unsafe or unlawful service. Luckbox cannot change the key details, paid orders or result of a published draw. If a draw cannot continue under its published rules, Luckbox will cancel it and return the amount paid for every entry.

10. Complaints and customer rights

You can contact support about your account, payment, draw entry, result, privacy, withdrawal or prize delivery. These terms do not remove any right or remedy that cannot legally be removed. Indian law and applicable consumer-protection rights continue to apply.

11. Intellectual property and communications

The Luckbox name, software, layout and original content may not be copied or misused except as permitted by law. Product names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement. Operational notices may be delivered through the verified account, email address, mobile number or published contact route; marketing requires a separately valid basis and opt-out where required.

12. Applicable frameworks

These terms should be read with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, the Digital Personal Data Protection framework, the Consumer Protection framework, the Prize Competitions Act, 1955 and other applicable law.
