Simple rules for using Luckbox safely and making informed choices.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use Luckbox where you live. Luckbox may restrict an account if information shows that the customer is not eligible.
Understand your chance
Every entry in a draw has the same chance of winning. In a draw with M entries, one entry has a 1 in M chance. Buying more entries costs more and improves your chance, but never guarantees a prize or financial return.
Spend responsibly
Luckbox does not limit how many available entries one customer may buy. Do not use money needed for food, housing, debt, medical care or other essentials. Stop if entering draws causes stress, secrecy, borrowing or conflict.
Fair information
Luckbox marketing must not target children, promise a win, hide costs, create false urgency or pressure a customer to recover money spent. Before you confirm, the page must show the entry price, draw status and important rules.
Get help
Signed-in customers can open a private request from My Account for help with an account, payment, draw entry or prize. Verified WhatsApp and Telegram links and their operating hours are shown on the Complaints page.
